Who is responsible for the processing?

We are subsidiary of our parent company FSI Stump Cutters aps (Erhvervsparken 14, 7160 Tørring, Denmark) and operate as a sales distributor for the UK and Ireland with a network of 3rd party partners (Dealers, or as we call them: FSI Partners). There may also be cases where we have joint data responsibility, as well as cases where we act as the data processor for one or more of our distribution or sales partners.

Contests
When you participate in one of our contests, your personal information is processed automatically, as it is a prerequisite for us to manage your participation and contact you if you win.
Purpose: In order to conduct the contest and manage your participation, your personal information is processed. The information is processed for the purpose of conducting the competition, managing your participation, notifying you if you have won, and delivering the prize to you if you happen to be the lucky winner of one of our contests.

We and our FSI Partners may process your personal information in connection with the organization of events, like open days, product demonstrations, trade shows or exhibitions. We do this with the purpose of hosting the event and managing your participation in the event.
Purpose The purpose of processing your personal information is to host the event and manage your participation in the event. FSI is the data controller for the processing when FSI hosts the event. If one of our Partners organizes and hosts the event, they are responsible for your personal information in connection with the processing.
We love pictures and video, so certain events may be filmed, photographed, and recorded. In this context, your personal information may be processed for marketing purposes. Your personal information may also be used for the purpose of marketing similar events unless you have opted out.
Information: In connection with the organization of our events, information about you as a participant is processed.
